Repair lift is the planned KPI for SwarmFixer. It is not yet measured by any deployed service.

Repair lift = post_score - pre_score. It would be measured per failure mode · per agent · per repair version.

Repair lift IS the moat: agents that get repaired better stay deployed longer. That is the operator framing — but until SwarmFixer is built, no service computes this number.
